Obituary for Ann M. Steinkamp

Ann was born in Pittsburgh PA to the late Regis and Marguerite (Robertson) Wingertzahn. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 66 years, John M Steinkamp Jr, and her siblings James Wingertzahn, Eileen Moulis and Patsy Cimino. Ann is survived by her children John M (Denise) Steinkamp III, Regis (Connie Hasko) Steinkamp, and Cheryl (Joseph) Hogan; grandchildren Paul (Jenessa) Washburn, Nicholas (Alena) Washburn, Christen (Jon) Accardi, Jeremy (Ashley) Steinkamp, Lindsay (Jason) Braverman, Alexa Fantauzzo (Henry Burton) and Matthew Fantauzzo and Kailey, Taylor, Dylann and Jaimey Hogan; great grandchildren Masinh, Nathan, Logan, Leah, Lila, Ben, Finley and Ruby. She is also survived by siblings Dolores Barkley, Margaret (Wally) Barton, John WIngertzahn, Helen Wingertzahn and many nieces and nephews.

Ann was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a lifelong nurse, a hospice volunteer and was very active at her church, St Rita’s. She was a kind, caring and hardworking woman who loved her faith and her family and friends. We were blessed to have had her in our lives for so many wonderful years.

Family and friends are welcome Sunday, December 18th from 2-4pm at Profetta Funeral Chapel 1650 Empire Blvd. Please join the family Monday, December 19th 11am at St. Ann's Community at Cherry Ridge Chapel, 900 Cherry Ridge Blvd. for her Funeral Mass.
