Wednesday, August 11th, 2021 at the age of 96. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph Zak. Survived by her sons, James (Linda Romano) and Thomas (Kathleen) Zak; grandchildren, Jonathan (Tara) Zak, Katrina (Jason) Martin, Rachel (Josh) Lattuca and Melinda Foote; great-grandchildren, Maya and Dylan Zak, Everett and Cameron Martin, Kimberly Vyrvoss, Jean and Violet Lattuca. Dolores was an active member of St. Stanislaus Church.

A Private Interment will be held in the near future at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
