Irondequoit: Thursday, April 20th, 2023 at the age of 82. Predeceased by his parents, Cesidio and Assunta Ippoliti; brothers, Giuseppe and Gino; sister, Luisa. Survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Maria; daughters, Fran (Joel) Salatino and Susan (Neil) Kavanagh; grandchildren, Nicholas, Alex Salatino and Olivia Kavanagh; sister, Maria Ippoliti; many nieces and nephews. Franco was born in Italy and came to America in his early 20's where he met and married his wife, Maria. He traveled the world and loved soccer and playing golf. Franco started his career in clothing design at Bond Clothing, later becoming Director of Design at Hickey Freeman and also as a consultant at Adrian Jules. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather who lived for his family especially his grandchildren. He will be sorely missed by everyone.



Friends are welcome Sunday, April 30th from 2-5pm at the Profetta Funeral Chapel 1650 Empire Blvd. Franco's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, May 1st 10am at St. Kateri Parish at St. Cecilia Church. Entombment White Haven Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society of Greater Rochester.
