Penfield, NY. Passed away quietly on September 26, 2021 in her sleep at age 70. Irene was predeceased by her parents Maria and Theodore Falat. She has 1 brother Michael, from Springfield, VA and Sharon, his wife; 2 nephews, Alex, his wife Kelly and 4 children, Ally, Brian, Patrick, and Charlotte; and Nicky, from Springfield, VA; and 1 niece, Kristin, from Loganville, GA, and her daughter, Savannah, and son, Ryker.
Family and friends may attend her Divine Liturgy on Saturday, October 2nd at 10am at St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 910 Ridge Rd E. Interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Please join us for a luncheon after the burial to celebrate Irene’s life at her Group Home at 1660 Harris Rd, Penfield, NY.
