Obituary for James Romeo Cerniglia
James Romeo Cerniglia, of Fairport NY, passed away peacefully at the age of 84 on May 18th, 2022. Predeceased by his daughter, Joanne (Mark) Colgan. James is survived by his wife, Mary, daughter Jennifer and her husband Jeff Stanek, and his cherished grandsons James and William.
James was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. His sense of humor, kindness and generosity brightened the lives of all who knew him.
Calling hours are Monday May 23, 2022 from 10-12PM at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church at 962 East Avenue, Rochester NY. Funeral Service will be held immediately following. Interment to follow at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association (www.lbda.org) or Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in his memory.
