Obituary for Jeffery Matula
Rochester: Suddenly called by our God on June 21, 2021.
A very special gift to those of us who knew Jeff, we appreciate his non-judgmental approach to each relationship. He was caring, positive, a non-complainer and gave love generously and unconditionally.
An avid supporter of the Buffalo bills and the NY Yankees, Jeff attended games often. He also owned almost every monogrammed piece of memorabilia.
Jeff was predeceased by his doting mother Josephine and father Matt; unbelievable grandparents Mary and Frank Kurycki.
Jeff was loved by many family members, dear brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and his Westside Drive Family.
Family and friends are welcome on Friday, June 25th 12-2PM at Profetta Funeral Chapel, 1650 Empire Blvd.
Jeff's Funeral Mass will follow at 3PM at St. Monica’s Roman Catholic Church, 831 Genesee St.
Interment will be on Saturday, June 26th at 10AM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Jeff’s long and fruitful life, we believe, is the depth of love, individual attention he received during his 30 year stay with Heritage Christian Services. A collective group of dedicated, caring, genuine, loving staff that would be difficult to duplicate. The hospitals that aided Jeff during medical emergencies are beyond reproach. Thank you all for all you have unceremoniously given.
