Sunday, July 25th, 2021. Predeceased by his parents, Petro and Yaryna; brother, Dmytro. Survived by his brother, Michael Kohut; several nieces and nephews.

Friends are welcome Wednesday from 10-11am at St. Josaphat's Ukrainian Catholic Church where John's Funeral Liturgy and Panakhyda will be at 11am.
