Webster: Saturday, December 10th, 2022 at the age of 68. Predeceased by his father, Gerald Hanna. Survived by his wife of 46 years, Katherine Hanna; daughters, Joanne (David) Jennings of Webster, Laurie (Roland) Sherman of Cape Vincent and Casey Lynn Hanna (Ott) of Honeoye; granddaughters, Leah and Juliana Ott; his mother, Joan Hanna; brothers, Mike (Mary Kay) Hanna of Rochester, Matthew (Tina) Hanna of Pittsford, Patrick (Mary Ann) Hanna of Rochester and Jed Jr. (Mary) Hanna of Pittsford; several nieces and nephews. Mark was a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School (1972) and West Point Military Academy (1976) Mark was hard working and dedicated, he was co-owner of Abrasive Tool Corporation and Cape Vincent Brewing Company. He was a strong and faithful son to his mother, Joan. He loved football, music, dogs, the river, but most importantly his family.

Grieve not......nor speak of me with tears.....but laugh and talk of me.....as though I were beside you. I loved you so.....'twas Heaven here with you.

ALWAYS our super hero; Mark taught us how to live and more importantly taught us how to suffer selflessly. We will miss him dearly. "Go Army, beat Navy."

Family and friends are welcome Wednesday, December 14th from 4-7pm at the Profetta Funeral Chapel 1650 Empire Blvd. Mark's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, December 15th 11am at St. Jerome's Church. Interment will be held Saturday, December 17th 11am at St. Vincent of Paul Catholic Cemetery in Cape Vincent, NY.
