Obituary for Thomas J. Zak
Greece: Tuesday, February 1st, 2022 at the age of 63. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Dolores Zak. Survived by his wife of 29 years, Kathleen Zak; daughters, Katrina (Jason) Martin, Rachel (Josh) Lattuca and Melinda Foote; grandchildren, Everett Martin, Cameron Martin, Kimberley Vyrvoss, Jean Lattuca and Violet Lattuca; brother, James (Linda Romano) Zak; nephew, Jonathan (Tara) Zak. Tom enjoyed bowling and playing golf. He loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren.
Family and friends may attend Tom's Memorial Mass Tuesday, February 8th at 10:30am at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt. Read Blvd. Rochester, NY 14612. (The family will greet friends from 9:30 - 10:15am) Interment will be private at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church.
