Obituary for William R. Morris
Rochester: Thursday, March 23rd, 2023 at the age of 82 after a long illness at The Wegman Family Cottages at Unity Hospital.
William was the son of the late Edward and Anna Morris. He is survived by his brother, James Morris (Zoe), nephews, Brian Morris (Julie), Keith Morris (Laura), niece, Laurie Pinter (John), several great nephew & nieces. He was a retiree of Eastman Kodak. He was a very talented carpenter and made many pieces of beautiful furniture. One of his favorite pastimes was bowling in a weekly league.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 31st, 2023 at 11am at the Church of the Holy Spirit, 1355 Hatch Rd., Webster, NY. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider contributions in William’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
